Can Anyone Help Please: One of my Lowering Springs is Snapped!

Just having new shocks fitted to my car today and had a phone call that my front drivers side spring is "broken" (not got the full story yet going down there in a min)

Anyway, I need a replacement Pi Spring ASAP, does anyone know where I can get either one spring on its own, or a new set asap?

Any help, including where to get a new set from on tinternet / in a shop is appreciated!

ok so let me get this right!! one has broke and your going to use the same brand of springs again! are you mad????
go for a nice set of eibach's you know you wont regret it motorsport world is the cheepest about for erm i think

possibly if you send the broken spring back to pi they will be highly concerned and send you another set to keep you quiet lol.

good point ash, but they're supposed to be a decent make, i was always told to stay away from gmax, obviously eibach yeah... think i'm gonna put the originals back on, even if it's just for now, til the summer when i will be home and not at uni so could afford to buy some of the best ones.

good point on the pi thing, think i'll do that!

don't knock gmax Dan, I have them on my 1.2 and they are fine

gmax is a stiffer ride than pi springs... eibach and in between the 2... i have pi on mine. wouldnt change them for any other type.

never had a ride on eibach so cant comment. mate had gmax in his colt tho lower 45mm was a pain on the back

yeah... i just feel that the roads where i live, and around me here at uni are so bad, that especially when i have passengers in the car the ride is awful...

i might miss the looks of it being lowered, but i certainly won't miss the stiff ride!

i lowered my 1.8 bravo 45mm with jamex springs, got them from ebay for £50, and they seem ok, bit stiff but thats the point i guess.

the ride on mine is no different on eibach's it just goes round corners better.
