I Had lumpy idle problems a couple of times just after I got my B.
1st time cleaning the idle control valve and checking all intake pipes for air leaks and tight clamps fixed the problem.
2nd time it was water in the spark plug holes (this also had poor acceleration at low revs). I replaced the plugs and dried out the coils in the oven on a low heat and refitted them with a bead of RTV. No problems since then.
I see from your first post you've already changed the plugs and cleaned the idle control valve. Maybe a chance of coils being wet or faulty?
Just a thought as it helped me in a similar situation ( and it's something to check without spending more money
)
