i can't manage it..the whole turning your foot sideways wont work for me
Its called 'heel and toe' but you don't actually use the heel and toe. You move your foot across, still pointing in the same direction to span both pedals. And you then rock your foot down to the right to blip the throttle. So your big toe side of the foot is braking, and to blip you push the little toe side of the foot down on the throttle.
If you watch a racing driver do it (i'm sure theres clips on youtube) you will see the pedals are very close together.
Its a difficult skill to master, which is why i can't do it. And to be honest, if you 'need' to do it on the road, you're going too fast.
