General Camper van side door not unlocking with central locking.

The side sliding door on my Adria van conversion does not unlock with the central locking. Locks every time but I need to reach in through the front door to operate the door latch to open. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The Fiat Ducato has been manufactured since 1981. There have been some changes over the years. Please read and comply with the welcome message towards the top of the page. It is probably more helpful to include the version number, rather than the year of build or registration. eg xxx230nnnnnn..., xxx244nnnnnn..., or xxx250nnnnnn..., as included in the VIN. Hence x230, x244, x250, or x290?
