Good day, I've got a problem with my Strada cam timing. There are no Mark's on the camshaft pulley as it fits onto a taper with no key way.

This is quite common on later Fiat engines.

Ideally you should use the correc timing tools to set TDC and the cam shaft position. Not know what exact 1.4 engine you have I can say what the correct tools are but probably for the camshaft the tool will engage with the end of the cam above the gearbox end.

If you know / trust that the old timing was OK then you can just accurately mark up all the crank/pulley positions and the old belt for cross reference. Now mark up the new belt to the old belt markings, fit the new belt and check that the belt and pulley markings all line up OK.

If at any time you lose position then you will have to get the proper timing kit to put everything back as it should be.
