Caledonia Motors. Gone Bust. ?

Any body got news of the Caledonia Motor group, have they gone down the toilet. They were my local Fiat dealer, got my 100 hp from them last August.
If they have it,s left a large gap in the N/West. Morecombe, Southport, or down to Manchester for service or warranty work.
