My 2006 pre-facelift had a doorlock problem the other day. When my mechanic came to service the van, the driver's door lock was jammed. He had to remove the door card and freed it up. However there is now another issue.
When locking/unlocking with the key, sometimes it doesn't operate the passenger side in tandem as it should. I assumed there was still a problem with the driver's side, but I now find that if I operate the passenger side with the key the driver's side doesn't always operate.
I'm starting to think maybe there is a relay somewhere that is faulty/intermittent. Does anyone have experience of this issue? Is there a relay or other gubbins that is likely to be the culprit rather than the locks themselves?
If there is a relay, where might it be? I'm struggling to find a wiring diagram for that system.
