General Buying tonight... advice.

Well, I picked up my Abarth with 16k on the clock, 25 months old, with leather, for £7592. OK, managed to transfer balance of warranty [i.e. 11 months] for £23.50.

Plus the discount I negotiated paid for a 4th and 5th year warranty, not through Fiat mind you, but hopefully enough to rely on. In any case, 3rd year onwards tends to be through another company anyway, even if officially through FIAT.

I told insurance car came as standard, which I think it has in the most part - I mentioned leather, but they weren't too concerned. 16" alloys are standard, if I did ever move to 17s I would tell them.

I just ordered my car... finally.

Thanks to everyone here for your support, guidance and patience! I will soon be the owner of a nice shiny Imola Yellow Stilo JTD with 17" alloys, leather and MP3.

Possibly 7-10 days, maybe two weeks but now I just can't wait.

Final decision came last night as I did a last minute "what else could I have for this money?"

Nothing else comes close. All other possibilities are either far too common, bland or plain ugly.

Bugger, dealer just called me back. Since last week the MP3 fitted car available in the UK has gone. I have to settle for a CD Player but with Steering wheel controls :-(

Anyone know can the MP3 integrated unit be retro fitted? The dealer doesn't
