Technical buttons on the steer and HU are not working

Hi guys,

Since 2 weeks i have a GP 1.9 sporting but i have a strange issue with the HU (blaupunkt Fiat 199 cd MP3)because no buttons are working only turn off/on/mute button is working and the steeringwheel buttons to the phone and the speeche buttons are working good to and sometimes the sync button works to but the volume up en down en de skip buttons dont work.

Does somebody have any clue????
