Technical Lighter socket (auxiliary power outlet) not working

Hi, does anybody know where can I locate the fuse for lighter socket in Fiat Grande Punto 1.4 2009. I have seen pictures of fuse boxes and diagrams but this one seems to be different. Please see the pictures that I have attached. Also the lights for heating control unit are not working.. I suppose this can be from blown fuse aswell

Fuses are PDF page184, passenger 12v outlet fuse looks like a 20A

and that engine compartment fusebox in the first pic is the one to look in as far as I can see from what page 183/184 says , looks like the fuse reference number is stamped (helpfully) into the plastic under each fuse.

If the fuse isn't blown those 12outlet sockets generally are unknown to go iffy..
