General Button on key not working!

I have a spare blue key for my bravo and the button is not working...it has no springiness to it.

I have taken it apart and it seems that the rubber thing that is meant to make it spring just doesn't really do anything...is there anyway I can fix this, get a replacement etc?

Also there is tag attached to the keyring with lots of different numbers and letters, any idea what these are/mean?
