I have a standard black bulkhead in my Doblo 2013/14 want to replace with steel see through one, is this possible and if so where could I get this done. Need to put the dog in the back in a secure cage, needed to I can see her and she has some daylight.

Jigsaw / Angle grinder and cut a hole where the shape of a window opening is pressed into the steel? File down the edges and a some rubber door seal to go over?
Or you could pull the bulkhead out with some mole grips on the screws?
