Sorry to bring this up but we’ve just got a ‘65 plate Doblo and I’ve been battling with the bulkhead. What I actually want is to get the top half off. Now I’ve got the whole thing out but I’m foxed to split it by those security screws. I get how they are supposed to move but a couple of mine are just spinning round and round. And I can’t get access to the others because the ends are behind the trim panel .. which is locked in place by ones I can’t shift.
Tried many pairs of Moles and cut screw slots. Nothing works.
Am I wasting my time? They look like big pop rivets. See the two sides. (The domed one is the visible one)

I got the ones on my 2010 Doblo off by using these by Irwin. That is my old bulkhead, I can't find any of the old fixings as they are not reusable so I threw away, they are only M6 threaded snap off head security bolts.
Is the ones you are talking about these the lower one is an original security bolt in place but the one above was but I replaced with a M86 bolt if the security bolt is turning but not undoing then I assume the trapped nut behind it is spinning, in which case your only option is to grind it off, possibly with a Dremel if not much room.

Well I got it sorted by drilling them out - these five holding the two sections together were definitely not any sort of bolt: big pop rivet type things and bar stewards to get off!
Main thing is that the missus likes it (it’s her van) so the bulkead’s for sale.
