It's a sad day for the nothern division as the doner 4x4 Buff is off to the big Panda camp in the sky. Fully stripped now the shell is set for the crusher. I would keep it obviously but with no storage now there's nothing I can do. If anybody wants any metalwork or sections cutting off before he's flattened let me know ASAP. Also if anybody needs any bits off him, send me a message and I'll let you know if it's still available.

I've included a few pictures of the shell, it's so wierd where this car has rotted. The rear arches are quite good to be honest, the seams where they meet the boot floor have only just started to go. However in the front the floor is no longer attached to the inner sills, the rear footwell seams are rotten through and the engine bay is all-round crusty...

Hi
I'm after the bonnet safety catch retainer that goes on the front panel which the spring catch goes into from the bonnet.
If you don't mind as I'm converting a Seat to a Panda so need this item with a bit of surrounding metal so I can trim it down.
Cheers Jerry

Are you trying to influence what my plans are for my Terra van?

AndyPanda4x4 If we can find a way of getting it to me and you don't mind cutting it out the boot floor looks like it could be useful to me, looks more solid than the one in Digger and would save me alot of time fabricating sections.

That's fine mate I have no way of transporting it though. I am happy for you to come up and chop it in bits or come and collect it?
jerry2 I'll sort you out with that bit, I'll take a pic so you are happy first.
