Tuning Budget Gas Shocks?

I'm in need of a pair of front shock absorbers, preferably gas and they need to be ok for my 30mm apex springs. Essentially I'm after some firmer shocks, better than OE but very cheap. I know good and cheap aren't usually a combination though

Any ideas/recommendations?

Just bought some Monroe reflex, problem solved.

I really recommend the Monroe reflex shocks, just right imo, good value for money

Stiffer than normal but not harsh, I will be buying some more when mine need replacing again :slayer:

I got them from eBay, roughly £79 for the fronts and £81 for the rear I think....

KYBs come close, but the Monroe are better. Not a lot of difference, really, price wise.
