Gaz, normally, if you have underfloor heating, the floor should feel slightly warmer than the ambient temperature, correct? Neither the concrete of the carpet does?
Also, has anybody got any of that spray on glue to stick my carpet back down?

have you got heated walls, im very confused now, you have a warm room but no signs off where the warmth is coming from

No vents, walls are all the same temperature, not warm to touch and also feel like solid plaster, my next door neighbour has a bit of plaster off the wall and it just looks normal to me. All I have is a vent which goes outside, from the extractor fan in the ensuite.gaz_wrexham said:

David, I double lock my door for a reason! I saw her tonight, she asked what I was doing, I said washing, she said "good, what have you done today?" "i said work" she said I was a geek and should go get drunk, I said I don't drink much, she looked at me as if I had just had a sex change and then went back to doing whatever she was doing!
Last night the idiots took 12 mattresses out of the store room they have broken into/has been left open and played bouncy castles, result? 12 manky and broken mattresses and me unable to get from my room to the kitchen without climbing equipment. Who got the blame? Me. Why you ask? I am the only one that gets up and goes to lecture, hence the first one the cleaner sees every day, hence the one who gets the moans. Oh I love uni.
