1979 Fiat Spider. Is it possible to use the alternator instead of the solenoid stud for this fix? I have a 95 amp alternator and I have the headlights and an aftermarket electric fan hooked to it with relays and inline fuses. Let me know because reaching the alternator solenoid is hard.
