Please can everyone who wants to be on the stand, arrange to be at the local Tesco Brooklands [KT13 0XF] by 8am ish. The idea is then to release cars in model order down to the site at around 8.30am, once the gates open, making it easier for us to arrange you
Things to do
The combination of car demonstrations, club displays, motoring exhibitions and the Italian trade village makes this a great family day out. Also not forgetting the museum.

Fiat forum Stand
As usual we will be having our forum stand to display our forum members cars.
The moderator of the Tipo section is making this day special for the Tipos as it is 20 Years since Tipo won European Car of the Year. So Tipos are going to be a big feature for the Fiat Forum Stand.
If you wish to be on the stand then please add yourself to the attendees at the top. All members are welcome, we just need to know who is coming so we have an idea of numbers
Time
To avoid thequeuing at the entrance experienced in previous years, the public gates will now be open earlier at 08.30.

Other info
For those who havent been on a stand before, then dont worry. The normal procedure is that we insist everyone hangs around the stand until all the cars are in place then you can do as you wish - This makes life a lot easier for the moderators who are trying to get you all in place.
I know info is limited atm but please keep an eye on this thread as it will get updated as soon as the information is released.
