Technical Broken Suspension Spring

Well my springs have now been replaced under warranty,and all again appears well.
An excellent job by the Techs at the garage and all done very quick spot on

Apparently the second spring wasn't broken on the front but exchanged as a gesture of goodwill .
Just thought i must clarify that,despite wot i was told on the phone.

and i found out tht it was cheeper buying ah lowering kit for my punto mk2! thn going and replacing the original spring

Yeah but we are talking about a car that is in warrenty so they arent going to be buying lowering springs lol

broken coil spring are pretty common, with loads of cars, mercedes, and bmw to name a few.

now i would say the number 2 is more than one but small in number.
