why are they being replaced?
Just price the parts and do it yourself.,.,., they'll take forever to do it and charge you buy the hour..,.,

some one just attempted to break into my car from passenger side and he brock lock with some screw driver and opened it but i had alarm so car is still mine.
so my passenger side door lock is broken got quota from Fiat dealer only for locks was 300 euro and he said all 4 locks need to replace i can not buy one and get it replaced is that right?
do i really have to replace all four locks?
then even after replacing locks will be same type of lock so if some one again try he again can open with some screw driver is there any other way so i can get my car lock replaced with some laser keys or some more advance locks instead of $h!.... locks?

go to the scappies and buy the lock set including the ignition., then have a new key cloned from the old key for the immobiliser but with the key patern for the new locks.,.,
will be a lot cheaper than going to fiat.,.,

get one door lock barrel from a scrapyard (£5), then cut this new lock barrel to fit your keys.
how do you do that? easy. insert your key into the new lock barrel and you'll see not all of the tumblers are pulled fully into the lock barrel. now get a dremmel or similar tool and use a grinder bit to grind the tumblers flush with the lock barrel. now that lock barrel works with your key. its a 10 minute job and as easy as it sounds.
in the following image you can see the lock barrel has the wrong key inserted because there are 8 tumblers but 3 of them are sticking out. these 3 would need to be ground down slightly so they are flush with the lock barrel. this needs to be done on both sides of the barrel since car lock barrels have tumblers on both sides.
failing that any half decent locksmith can modify any lock barrel to fit any key, so give them a scrapyard lock barrel and one of your keys and they'll be able to do it for you.

grinding the tumblers down will mean the lock will be much easier to open with other keys., just have to be remotely similar.,.,
I think the quote was for renewing all locks/petrol cap & programming keys.
