broken key off in boot lock!!

I have broken the key off in the boot lock..thank god the car doors were unlocked so I can pop it open from inside.

Any ideas on how I can extract the broken key from the lock?

How much to replace the blue key ( i have the red one and one other blue one)??

You can get another key cut from Timpsons, and if you get one with a fob to fit your transponder in then just carefully remove yours from your broken key and fit into the new one. Cost Approx £15.

You can goto Fiat and they can cut and reprogramme an original fiat key for you, not sure about the cost though. Atleast £75 though.

Sorry but can you explain a bit more...is the chip in the blue plastic and not the metal of the key?? So I have to extract the remains of the key and slot in a new cut key??

Its in the blue plastic bit. Its a very small chip in the keyfob.
