Must admit, I don't always give my hands a wash if I've gone for a quick pee - but after reading this article, I think I might have to make a bit more of an effort

What's even worse for the UK lot is you guys are using toilet paper after your number 2's... at least I have a bumgun so I don't have to touch anything :yuck:

Gross but totally true. When I was temping last year I used to carry anti bacterial wipes and every morning I would go in and wipe the entire desk, keyboard and phone before I used it - and every morning it was all nasty after the nightshift had been using it. Another place is supermarket trolleys and baskets, they are DISGUSTING. I know I am a bit on the OCD side and wash my hands obsessively but even so, a lot of people could do better.

There is no way to remove 100% of the germs off your hands. Thats why we have immune systems to prevent us getting Ill.
I tend to have a pump bottle of 100% alcohol gell next to the computer. Quick pump on my hands. Nothing more I can do about that :p Used to have a bottle in the car but that got part ex'd along with the car :p

do i dare ask what that is :yuck:

The spray thing on the left :) They hook directly into the water supply, so depending on where you go, you'll either get low pressure, or, if you're really lucky - the complete colonic experience :D

That just looks like it could get very messy.
The first time I used one, things did, erm, go a bit wrong - yes.

I was wearing cream trousers and didn't judge the angle right ... and it was a powerful spray... haha.

But no, once you're used to them - you hold them under your leg whilst still sitting down, so no water goes anywhere - it just falls back down into the bowl.

have you forgot how cold cold water can be here? would freeze ya bum off:eek:
I guess if you had one of those inline heater things it would be ok? :D

Seriously though guys, you'll never want to use paper again.

Or if you're a bit more pansy, you can get the Japanese ones, with the built in heaters and dryers - BUT - the pressure isn't nearly as good (or fun) - they may look the part, but I'll take the high power hose any day :)

I'm always using the anti bacterial jel. Bottle in my car, bottle in my stab vest, bottle in my tac-vest and bottle in my bag. Pretty much using it as soon as I leave some houses!

How do you know its clean? Least with bog roll you can have a sneaky look. I would be scared of thinking its clean and having a load of **** all over my arse still.

Do women take longer in the toilets over there out of interest?

With the lower pressure ones, this can sometimes be a concern, yes - but when you've just used one which has managed to fill you back up with water, you can feel fairly safe that nothing else is gonna be able to stick!

As for the women - you never really know how long they are taking, as they will turn on the sink taps when they go in anyway..

Went to B&Q yesterday to get one to fit in the gf's apartment - they didn't have the proper toilet ones so we bought a handspray one instead which looked similar.

Haha - it's not, just tried it now - the spray is somewhat wide - and a towel is now required for a very soggy ass and back ... lol
