Posted again as I managed to post this to the Punto section in error - what a way to introduce yourself!

Hi, just acquired another Panda, this latest version's been a bit of a culture shock! Bought a 169 version 1.1 Eco 18 months ago for my son to drive due to cheap insurance, and was looking for another one now my daughter needs to get mobile. Crazy prices being asked for late 169s though - so decided to look at what was around in the newer version.

Ended up with this - 13 plate (May 2013) povvo spec pop for £2850 - mainly due to it having done 68,000 miles. Feels nice to drive though, only thing I can't get used to at the moment is the warning system and computer info system - seems *wrong* for a Panda! Much as it was nice to be told that a numberplate light had failed, not sure it warranted the huge exclamation mark in a yellow triangle...

Needs a service, but not much else now the boatload of tar that it was covered in has been removed. Either it was following the roadmenders, or taking an active part.

If you are not careful you will have an embarrassment of Pandas.

Lol, got space for another one yet - always hankered after the classic Panda but doubt that'll happen now.

Prised out the number plate light lens, and the bulb immediately came back on - then went off when I put it back. Bit of fiddling round with it seems to have sorted the problem - just a dodgy connection.

A group who own more than one panda per family is a Fecundity

Not a word normally used in relation to the beasts.

From that dealer sticker it looks like it's originally from Richard Cort in Bury!? One of Fiat's best dealers. That's a brilliant buy for that price!

It was originally from Richard Cort. Bought it from a small trader who'd taken it in part exchange - pretty happy with it all told. And it does have 3 seatbelts in the back, but that's yer lot by way of extras!
