Hi,

in my bravo you can't set the temperature of air to blow between HI or LO. You can only set or HI or LO. In between you can not set the temperature (if i listen carefully the hatch is not mooving).

Photo: the hatch only moves when the position of the regulator is where i draw blue arrows.

Did anyone had the same issue? I tried to replace the sensor of interior temperature but it is the same.

With the fan speed set to Auto the fan will blow fast on either hot or cold. It is slowest around 22 degrees.
If this is not what you mean then it sounds like the resistor on your dial has gone for a burton.

I tried to disconect the sensor of outside temperature(wich is working good) and if is disconected the regulation
works normally.
Any ideas?

I think there is an ECU to manage the system you describe (the relationship between dial selection and interior/exterior temp) - it could be that that is causing the problem. From memory its small, expensive and difficult to access. You might want to try and find a used unit first.

If I get it right - you dont have temp setting working right. If you hear the motor turning the flap on LO and HI the motor is working, the fan speed on auto selects the best mode to reach the set temp, so if the in car temp is at 4deg and you set it at 20 it will blow hot air wit the flap at HI till it reaches 20 deg, then it will stat to regulate the flap so it keeps the temp at 20degC. The outside temp sensor aint got nothing to do with the in car temp, the in car temp sensor is under the grille between the aircon and circle air switch and has a little fan on the back so it sucks the air in.
Now back to the problem, seeing your pic above your grill of the sensor is dirty as hell, take the dash off and clean the grill, sensor that looks like a led diode and the fan, clean the contacts. Also check the dial for the temp setting, it may be that it looses contact or is burned.

Hi,

I hear the motor turning the flap only if i disconect the outside temperature sensor.
And I have this problems only if i set the blowing speed to manual.

Does the outside temp reading read normal temp, or you get an error + with air con ON or OFF ?
Please do this test and report what will be displayed on the mileage display.

Clean the in car sensor between the air con and circle button. There is a temp sensor and a went inside and if they also send false temp, the flap will not run.
Only on LO and HI settings the in car temp sensor is turned off.

I have cleaned up and even tried a new sensor (from other bravo) and it is the same :S

Take of the flap motor, its located on the drivers side and you can access to it when you remove the lining over the pedals.
Check if the motor turns when turning the temp knob but not from lo to hi, but from lets say 22 - 28 degC, looking at the shaft, if its not adjusting it self, it may be that the motor position ain't working right, or that the temp knob contacts are shot.
