The vibration could very well be normal for your engine and car.
Possibly Fiat reduced idle speed to 700rpm to reduce emissions during tests at expense of smoothness.
If car starts (even if two or three cranks longer than you would prefer) drives correctly and doesn't use more fuel than it should , that is good.
Possibly you are thinking about it too much.
 
Neverth, if i disconnect coolant temp sensor, nothing change, except error on ecu and nothing on desk (one sensor for ecu and dashboard). intake is integrated in MAP sensor, and if i disconnect it, engine stops.
