Brava Door Problem

Has anyone has any problems with door hinges?

Last night I opened my door only to hear a cracking noise. The pin in the bottom hinge dropped out and the door wouldn't close.

I managed to force the hinge back enough to get the door closed, but I have to book it in to get fixed.

Is this a common thing? Thanks folks.

mine did the crackin noise never lost the pin tho, it just came loose, fiat replaced my pin and it sorted it, i think it happens when the door starts to hang at a funny angle, wat age is the car????

It's a 2000 Brava, 1.6 HSX. How much did Fiat charge you to fix it? and thanks for the quick reply.

Free its was under warrenty, sorry cant be more help all i know is that fiat wanted £120 to fit jbl speakers in my door :'( so i told them to go stuff it.

Unfortunately I think I'll need to take it to Fiat for the pin, so I'll prepare myself to be ripped off.
