Brava alarm: continuous red led

Hi guys, long time no post! (even forgot my og-in details!)
Brava 1.8elx '97: After deactivating the alarm there's a continuous red LED lit on the centre console. It only used to light if the alarm had been activated and then only flashing. Without any info with the car i'm not sure what it's telling me? I'm guessing there's a pin switch not working, perhaps it thinks the alarm was activated while a door/boot/bonnet was open? Or is it something more sinister??

It's probably just a reminder signal that the alarm has been de-activated.

It never used to light before unless the alarm had actually gone off at some point. Even then it was a rapid flash of LED, not continuous. It's definately telling me something but I don't know what??!!

mine did that when i de activated it i just kept playing with the alarm and it eventually went out! pure by chance but keep trying turning it off and on i did it in the end!

Mine does this and has from about 6 months after I got it. Has no impact on alarm functionality so I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
