Brava 1.2/1.4 same ECU??

Hi just ooking for some advice & help. I have a 2001 Brava 1.2 with the engine gone & was wondering if the 1..4 12valve would plug straight in?? I can get my hands on 1 & was wondering would I need the key & ECU from the 1.4? Any help would be appreciated thanks
