One the the rounded bolts needed to free the brake disc has totaly corroded and rounded, I can't get it off :'( Any suggestions? Can this bolt be replaced by a normal one?

You can but... some alloy wheels and steelies wont fit over the nut head, its ideal to replace with the cone shaped ones from Fiat.

Spray it with WD40 and slam the s**** out of it wit a hammer, hit it so it goes IN not sideways like you want to brake it. That should loosen the bolt.
