When i brake going forward the brakes double click, but if i continue going forward and brake again it doesn't do it and its the same in reverse.....

When going over certain bumps there is a rattling which can be heard and felt through the pedals any suggestions..........

only ever had a clicking noise once that was caliper,carrier bolts loose moral of this dont let someone who thinks he nows what his doing do it,but seriusly check all bolts and make sure you have a smear of grease on all moving parts not to much grease and brakes dont go just a bit copper ease

99% certain to be sticking brake pads - remove them fettle them until the y are free in the caliper,refit with some copper grease on the backs,should be fine for a few thousand miles.
