was thinking of gettin these for mine, 8/16inch, what everyone think?

I think they would look good. However, you might find that they look rubbish in the correct ofset for the car. as you will loose the "deep dish" look. This is just speculation on my part, but would be worth checking out before splashing out on them.

in the correct offset of the panda the lip at the front is 5inch's deep one of the deepest you can get so there say.(y)
 
May be worth checking before you splash the cash that they'll clear the fuel filler pipes and charcoal vapour filter housing in the OS rear wheel arch. My 4x4 Climbing has (standard) 185/65x14 tyres on 14" alloys, and there is hardly any clearance at all at the inside wall of the tyre. Doubt a Bic biro would fit through the gap. I know the standard 100HP has 195 tyres and 15inch rims - so they must be an even tighter squeeze? Or, is the filter housed somewhere else?
