Technical Boot sockets

The 12v sockets in cargo area of my '07 Doblo have no power either with ignition on or off.The cabin sockets work ok.Anyone know which fuse position these go to.I have checked all fuses and none are blown. The sockets are teed into a brown/white wire in the boot.Looks like and afterthought by Fiat.

Didn't realise some models had 12v sockets in the boot. (mine's 2006 model & has no sockets)
Was this bought from new?

Yes it was bought new but these look aftermarket.They are sockets but not the same as ordinary sockets.Much slimer and deeper.Anyway not working so I will run a new wire from cabin sockets.
