Technical Boot light and Interior light

I have MJD 90 Hp sports model 2013.
My boot light and interior lights sometimes work and sometimes it does not.
unable to figure out the problem.

Pls suggest

Determining which may help figure out which is likely to control this power


One basic question..

Do you still have the Door open warning on the dashboard every time !

How do I find which build is it.
I had purchased it's in apr 2013.
Model says 90hp sports multijet.

And yes I do get the door open or boot open warnings.
Also to mention the lights inside doesn't turn on even on button press.
