Technical Warning lights on dash on Fiat Punto 2017

Noticed recently the following light on my dashboard.
I am a recent car owner, bought this car around 4 months ago and wanted to know, if this is fixable by myself or if it would require a mechanic, since im currently with quite the low budget
It appears to be the right side light when backing up (unsure if there should be a light on bottom left, also there is no light on my license plate)

Looks like brake light bulb also not working/burnt out.....replace the burnt out bulb/s and the warning light should go out

and what about the bottom left side, should there also be a light? I will replace the brake lights, already ordered them!

It's a reverse light, there's usually only one, often manufacturers use the other side for a fog light (but sometimes they are just blank)
