boot floor.

i am orderin my 12" sub 2day and im just wonderin if itll be safe in my boot coz the floor doesnt seem to be very flat.

should i make a false MDF floor or is this just a waste of time?

my car is a 3dr Mk1 punto by the way...

It needs to be secured to something, crash your car and it might kill you flying through the air.

Velcro will not suffice, screw it down.

I bought a tough bit of mdf, took out the carpet, cut it to size so it fit in the boot, then put the carpet back on top. Then i screwed my amp and sub down as i was getting really annoyed with it moving about!
