General Boost vacuum hose diameter

Hi all

I found a small split in a vacuum line to my boost control solenoid, so I have effected a repair for now. (T-jet 150)

However i am now going to replace all vacuum lines as they are ten years old, and just wanted to know if anyone knows the diameters (internal and external if possible)?

I used 4mm ID on my GP and that is working just fine.
