Im now on the mend, and I have put every thing back except the Vacuum pipes, there are 4 of them but Its been so long now I have forgot where
they go,:( so im asking for any info or pictures to help me out.

I have a 1.6 Doblo Maxi van 2010 but no DPF as standard, I think without looking at it in the rain it had only two small vacuum pipes and one blank on the plastic EGR cooler case, so hopefully some one here has a diagram or similar.

Hi thanks:) for that yes the cooler case does have 2 plus a blank, but there is 1 from the middle/bottom of the case, then there is 1 from the Vacuum pump
and 2 from the sensor valve sitting on top of the cooler case

I have a pic of the cooler case I hope this helps

Apologies for the photography from the 70 year old laying under the van in the rain for some of the photos!
To me it looks like vacuum goes from vacuum pump to the pipe lower n/s of plastic egr cooling case.
Then on top of egr cooling case three outlets, the one nearest the engine block goes via a electric solenoid valve? (the outlet is on the n/s of the solenoid valve going to theEGR flap)to the EGR flap control diaphragm . The middle outlet has a blank on it and the one nearest the front of the van goes to the turbo via a electric solenoid valve on front panel above radiator on the way to the turbo diaphragm.
Bear in mind mine is a 105Hp basic turbo and not the 120Hp VVT? turbo and is on a 2010 Van without DPF pipes etc.
