Punto (Mk1) bonnet width

Does anybody know if the bonnet will fit in my GT with the seats down or will it be too big I Wana go pick one up but not sure if it's gona fit or not.

can't confirm but i'd have gone and done it without thinking about it.

If you are really worried try taking your bonnet off and sticking it in back.. i'm pretty sure it'll go in, make sure you take lots of soft stuff to bundle round it though, keep it safe on the journey home...

Or, fit it when you pick it up, fold your old one in half and stick it in back lol

Never thought about putting stuff round it ? wat about in 206cc with roof down would that be more likely??? I tell u getting this car right is getting a bit annoying lol u no once u start u can't stop till everything is done, nearly there though

i understand, i am one for getting carried away... if you read my old panda thread you'll see that what started as changing one bush snowballed into pretty much an entire new front end of the car including the engine.. for no real apparent reason, i just do get carried away

I'm usually quite good I have neglected it a little bit over the years so I guess all them little things over time become lots of money
If u do it yourself its not so bad but I'm paying a mechanic labour time ? my friend who used to look after it moved far away ? gona check your panda thread now that sounds crazy ? a bush to a whole engine change ??
