Yes it fits into the same docking hole but the current Fiat 500 B&M software is not compatible with the TomTom navi. According to the cinquecentisti.com Fiat will release a software update soon.
There is a thread in their forum so if you would like to know the lastest info about this then just follow the thread using the google translator
