blue&me nokia lumia 635 pairing trouble

Hi,

I tried to pair my Nokia Lumia 635 with my Blue&Me in my 2012 Panda. My phone keeps searching forever and hasn't managed to find my Blue&Me device. Blue&Me gives me a code and disconnects after a while because my Windows phone is still searching!

Is there anyone with the same problem and found a solution?

Have you tried deleting all existing user data on Blue&me before syncing with your phone. I have had my 635 and 640 working perfect with my panda, have also tried apple and Android but find my 640 works far better.
