Technical BLUE LED roof lighting

Hey guys

my tipo is a bit pooed in the interior lighting department. the light at the front of the ceiling, when set to "doors open" (or the middle) setting just stays on all the time and is dimmed considerably. has anyone else experienced this problem? I figure it'll hopefully just need one of the buttons that the door presses in when it's closed replaced... but strange that the middle setting stays on all the time and is dimmed?

anyways as a side note, if/when I fix this problem I am thinking about mounting 4 ultra bright blue LEDS in the roof ceiling and connecting them to those door buttons so that when you open one of the front doors they will come on. Would be quite cool I think, what do you all think?

I got Blue LED bulbs on my Curtosy lamp, looks nice.

Go for it, I was considering mounting LEDs behind the interior door handles and connect them to the door locks so when the doors are unlocked they light up, when they are locked the turn off.
