Hi folks,
First, apologies if this has been covered before, but I searched the forum and couldn't find what I was looking for (found loads of other stuff about keys tho....)
My '98 Marea HLX 2.0 20v was bought used and supplied with two blue remote keys and a red "master". One of the blues was dead, the other needed new batteries but has been working fine 'till recently when it died also. I've been to a couple of dealers and they both said I needed to buy TWO blue keys at an extortionate (sp?) price. My question is: can I get new keys from anyone else, or do I have to throw more money at a fiat dealer?
Also, I don't have the "keycode" bit of paper, will I need to get that also?
