Technical Blown Fuse Panda 95

Hi All

I am the owner of a lovely 95 Panda Parade and a couple of months ago the fuse that controls the front and rear wipers as well as the light on the automatic gearbox blew - i have replaced the fuse but the fuse appears to keep blowing :S

Any ideas / suggestions on a way to resolve this issue ?

It could be bad earthing causing shorts in the circuits? Are the fuses the correct rating? Not to low?

Oh, and by the way, the auto Panda's are Selecta's and not Parades

Thanks for the prompt response. The fuses are indeed the correct rating (15amp fuses) and i agree it is possibly bad earthing causing a short - any ideas on how to locate this problem ?

Lol. Confused indeed. Perhaps a unique Parade/Selecta Hybrid hehe.

On the late Panda's the earthing points were done differently to the earlier ones which had 'hedge hog' like points. The later ones are often alot better, so might be worth leaving them till last and checking the general connections on the things like the wiper motor etc (easily acessable by pulling bulkhead lining forward).

Its the fabric stuff in the engine bay that wraps around between the bay and back of the dash (Behind the battery, hides the front wiper motor etc) manly used as sound deadning.
