i do love it when no-one listens.. m6 end of the m55 is the wrong end you know.. and i don't fancy coming down the m55 into blackpool on a saturday night in time for illuminations traffic..

anyway, in st annes - there is a place on clifton drive (the big road that leads to blackpool) and they're advertising rooms at £25 per person. called the manhattan.

yes i do no which end of the 55 it is,we go to the lights every year. Stayed at the travel inn just outside blackpool near b&q 2 wks ago, traffic was as expected and expect it to be the same when we meet up.

Id say fish and chips off the prom somewhere is a good idea, we do need to meet somewhere decent where we can get the cars lined up for a photo op!

Im going to try and book the day off and we maybe up there all day
