Technical Bizarre Noises

Hello.

I have had strange noises coming from what sounds like the front wheels for months now, it's been checked by mechanics, who said new pads and discs, and can't see anything. Is it normal for a panda 1.2 to grind when braking?

Also there is a squeak noise when lifting the handbrake and release, any ideas? Something to do with back shoes and drums?
