yes i know im askign for much but dont need great ones..
however the last pair i bought, they were already worn by the time i put them on the bravo..

thye mustve been old stock etc.

i just got some new ones for my van from halfords, they cost 17 quid but are very good wipers!

no doubt i could have got them cheaper from ebay, but like i say they are good wipers so im happy!

get some euro flat wiprs, you can pick them up cheap off ebay..OR go down to tesco and get some of their own, they do flat wipers :)

Sorry I'm a bit late with this reply, been on me jollies.

I fitted some aero/flat blades a few months ago, bought off Ebay.
Although some claim to have a thousand points of pressure this is ******** misleading.

Where mine are attached to the arm is where around 99.99999% of the presure is applied and because of this the blade is slightly deformed. This causes water to be dragged back in an arc from the off-side A-pillar on almost every return stroke. This is annoying, to say the least.

The near-side wiper works almost perfectly.

Tbh i thought that aswell...Altho i have to admit theyre the best wipers i come across up2 now...
The way around it is to get some 'Rain X' windscreen polish..It basically stops the water from sticking to the glass and forms bubbles and it runs off,so when you 'wipe',the water just runs off and doesnt stick and smudge so you get anice clean swipe and a clean windscreen :)

Altho,it doesnt have to Rain X,most top brand of Glass cleaners do the same..I have it on our polo at the mo :)

Great minds etc. ;)
I'd thought of the Rain-X solution, just not got round to it yet.

Slightly high jacking this post, but is a Fiat dealer the only place I can get a rear wiper for my HGT?

WHOAH!!!

Do NOT buy a complete wiper, get a blade 'refill' only, cut it to size, slide out the old blade, slide in the new. That's what I've been doing for 10 years.

Numbers 6 and 7, described as 'element' and 'flexor', should come as a single item, available from any motor spares shop.

@sabre u mean

buy the aero flat wiper but just the blades?

keep the oriignal fiat arm supplied?

Mark's referring to Von's question about the rear wiper. On the Bravo/Marea Weekend it's fixed unit, so the best way to change it is to do as Mark says and buy a blade refill and cut to size.

Yup, like Rob said.

Rob, we just spent some time in GWR...God's Waiting Room i.e. Norfolk - more specifically north west Norfolk. Carrot Crunchers, In-breds and Doddery Old Farts. What a combination!;)

Last place we stayed at was where Reggie Kray shuffled off this mortal coil. The Town House Hotel, Thorpe St Andrew.
