As title says, I havnt been on FF for a wee while.
This is since my mk1 punto died on me, Blown head gasket. At the end of the day it wasnt worth me fixing it.
Anyways, Thats off to the scrappy, but i have ended up with a VW Polo 6N with 70k on the clock. It needs work done to the front N/S suspension, rear O/S seat belt anchorage and new rear number plate. I have been quoted 200 quid for all that work. Not bad, considering I bought the car for £20.
The car has a little rust, but nothing really serious. But at the end of the day, Im not complaining, It only cost me £20!
