What's **** well.... The swimming baths is nicknamed scabby pleasure as it is rank, there is not much to do except go to macdonalds or go robbing, get pissed/stoned or generally break the law. There are a feck load of eastern europeans who do not want to integrate yet the residents try to make them welcome, we have the biggest money wasting labour PM IIRC, the local tramps buggered off elsewhere as its that ****, the biggest investment in selby in recent years is so that you don't have to drive through selby (A63 Bypass), half of selby is a council owned housing estate. Erm theres probably more!

Oh mate i know it well, lived most my life in York. My best mate worked at the yorkshire paintball centre (nr escrick, so like half way between york and selby) quite a few lads from selby worked there. So ended up in selby quite a few times in places that you either backed up everything you said or just sat there and took it, if you take my meaning. If you don't mind me asking why don't anyone seem to leave :confused:

Yeah selby is like that, watch your mouth when you go up town is a definate, Goole's also as bad though :p. I don't know why nobody leaves, in 8 years maybe 3 people I have known in school have left for elsewhere, go figure :confused:
