A possible source of parasitic drain, that I've never seen mentioned elsewhere, is a faulty USB socket module. This was diagnosed on my 2017 500x by Fiat Maidstone as the cause of new batteries going totally flat in just a few weeks. I think they said it was giving a 0.75ah parasitic drain with ignition off.
The replacement USB module was going to be several hundred pounds so I asked them to simply disconnect the USB module in the lower front dash which also disabled the socket in the centre console. The 12v cigar lighter socket next to the front dash USB socket still works so I use a USB adaptor now.
I've had no further issues since then.
Its interesting that there are a few 500x owners complaining that their USB sockets are not working. If the socket has been unplugged from the loom I'd suggest leaving it that way.
