Technical Battery issue

After 2 minutes of driving the battery light always on.(changed battery efb)
This massage appears
"Intelligent Alternator IAM short circuit to battery+or signal on Lin line Present 1"

Try unplugging the battery sensor..

Same result
When stop to park no steering,and always ss and hill holder unavailable.
Maybe the battery is problematic (new s/s) because at off key is 11,9 and when traveling only gets to 13,7 and never above.(Checked it and the technician says it's ok)
Cleaned both grounds body and getribe.
